+ How far in advance do I need to order my wedding flowers?

We recommend ordering your floral arrangements 7-12 months prior to your wedding date. However, we accept orders (pending availability) up until 2 months prior to your wedding date. We are available on a first come, first serve basis.

+ How do I know if you are available on my wedding date?

+ Do I keep all of the candles and vases after my wedding?

No, all of our vases and candle holders are considered a rental item and MUST be returned to our shop by the Tuesday following your event to avoid any Late and/or Replacement Fees.

+ Can I add more arrangements to my order later?

Of course! If you need additional items, simply reach out via email and we can add it to your agreement. Additions should be added by 1 month prior to the event date, and no later than two weeks prior to the event date. Additions are subject to availability.

+ What happens if I am late for pickup?

There will be a $50 per half-hour Late Fee if you are late for pickup and it will be charged upon arrival. Items will not be given to you until the late fee is paid in full. We will not wait longer than 1 hour, if you are more than 1 hour late, all items will be withheld and will not be eligible for refund.
